Matt Jenkins has over two decades of experience in investment management. After starting his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City auditing hedge funds, private equity funds, mutual funds, and pension plans, he went on to serve in several Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer roles at investment management companies with assets under management ranging from $200 million to over $14 billion. Prior to founding GatePass Capital in 2023, he most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer of Peppertree Capital.

At GatePass, Matt sits on the firm's Board of Managers and leads the day-to-day operations of the firm, including finance, accounting, human resources, IT, and compliance. He also utilizes his extensive experience in private equity and hedge funds to guide the firm's internal and external alternative investment offerings.

Matt earned his Bachelor of Science (Accounting) and Master of Accounting (Financial Analysis) from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He holds a CPA license issued by the Accountancy Board of Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
